my 13 weeks old maltipoo dog has been having cracking/clicking noises in her legs.. she doesn't act like it hurts.. should I be worried? it can be a few times a day and in all her legs.. thanks

Until the joint cartilage hardens, there will be laxity in the joints and you are hearing these joints creak because of that.  If they are still doing that at 6 months of age, then let your vet check the pup for dislocating kneecaps, hip laxity, or a disease called Legg Calve's Perthes.
