Question
My cats sickness started with a cough and continued with vomiting, At first i though they were poisoning but it seemed like the disease is infectious to the other cats. After infected, the cat don't want to eat anything and if i tried to push some milk or plain water with a syringe, they vomit again.  They prefer to stood still in cool place ( near water source ). After 2 days their fur start to fall and died on the third or fourth day. Age of cats between 3-5 months. Please help me with any suggestion or experience so that i can deal with my cats sickness. Thank you so much

Answer
I am sorry but this is something I really cannot help you with. I can tell you this however, that cats do not eat poison the way dogs will eat things with poison in them.

They will however, eat rats or mice that have eaten poison meant for rodents. In doing so the rat/mouse poison will eventually kill the cat as well.

But usually all the cats won't eat the same poisoned mice.
Since I do not know what vaccinations are available where you live I wouldn't know what kinds of viruses they might pick up.

Cats world wide can get distemper, rabies, leukemia, and various other viruses that can be fatal to them.

You really need to get your cats to a vet immediately and find out what is going on before you lose any more. A veterinarian there can possibly save the rest of your cats.

Please call or take them to a vet tomorrow or today. It is night here but must be Wednesday over there.

Feel free to post this to one of the veterinarians in here as well. I am a vet tech and cannot diagnose anything.

I hope you find an answer soon.
