Question
bald spot on front leg where she was bit by a racoon her apitite is normal and up until a couple of days ago the dog looked fine and hair had grown back too...her aptite is normal but her eyes are kind of watery Does she have Rabies?

Answer
Rabies is a neurological disease where the dog will exhibit unusual activity and will not be able to swallow.  If there is an injury to the skin, then it is just that unless the raccoon was infected with anything that might make the bite would become infected.  If your dog was vaccinated against rabies, then it should be OK.
