Question
My cat is almost 10 months old and she is not acting like her normal self. She is not sitting on rear end and if you touch anywhere from her stomach to her lower region she shakes like it hurts. She has also stopped meowing and has been only groaning. Also there is a clear liquid coming out of her vulva. Any idea what could be troubling my cat?

Answer
Is it possible that your cat is pregnant and is getting ready to deliver babies? You didn't mention that she is spayed.

She could also have an infection or a bladder issue like stones or a bladder infection going on.
In any case it sounds like she needs to see a vet as soon as possible.

There is no way of knowing what is wrong with her without touching her, so get her into the vets asap.
