Hi. My Boxer just had a yeast infection on his belly. Can you tell me what causes that in dogs? He is inside, but goes out alot in our fenced in yard. Thanks
Over 85% of dogs with yeast infections have allergies to something. It will be up to your vet and you to figure out what the allergy is. There are blood tests that can be done and dietary changes that may be recommended. There are great drugs and topical sprays that can help treat the yeast infection.
