Question
my cat got in a fight with a stray male. the stray scratched her back. then she got an absyist. it opened and let the pus out. she was fine other than opening it up once in a while. it was normal again blood came out. then a little while later she got blue spots its been a few months and now her whole back is turning blue.she still behaves the same as before. what is wrong with her? do i need to bring her to the vet? is she gonna live?

Answer
Yes you need to take her to the vet. The skin on her back is dying off and she will have a huge gaping hole of raw, open skin and flesh if you don't get her in there right away. She should have gone in months ago and had this treated.

She was bit on the back, not scratched. She should also be tested for leukemia since cat bites are the number one way they get this deadly virus.

Call your vet right away.I hope she will be okay!
