ANSWER: Hi Kieran,
We are not allowed to do homework questions in here for students. Your question is rather vague anyway- what kind of animal testing are you talking about?

You can do a search in Google on this subject and find a huge amount of information on it.
Good luck with your project!

QUESTION: My teacher has okayed this e-mail  for me.  I was wondering "What kind of tools are used for animal testing?"

Answer
Hi Kieran,
You didn't read my answer very well. I said that WE are not allowed to do homework questions in here for students. This is research you need to do on your own. I cannot give you any answers anyway because I have nothing to do with animal testing and your question is too vague and broad. Narrow your question down to what KIND of animal testing.

Hi again Kiernan,
I am sorry if your teacher misunderstood my answer to you. It is hard to get the correct 'tone of voice' in here. Since I have been in your situation with homework before, I know how tedious it is to do homework research on our own, but it is really the best way to learn. As I tried to explain, I don't do animal testing, so I couldn't be of any help to you anyway. I was trying to be helpful by letting you know that you need to be more specific about what kind of animal testing you are looking for. I was only trying to help. I have put in a request here to find out the policy about helping with homework so I know what I can and cannot help with. I had read it once but that was a long time ago and now I am not sure.

The vets in here might have just rejected your question without an explanation and I wanted to tell you why I couldn't answer your question rather than you getting a cold rejection automatically. I was only trying to be helpful. I hope that you can explain that to your teacher or whoever wrote that feedback to me.
I hope you get your project done! :-)

PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING TO ME: I am NOT a vet and do NOT diagnose diseases. That is only for a licensed Veterinarian to do. I will give you suggestions and steer you toward calling your vet for help. You can call the vet's office and talk to the technician there or the vet at times. Don't be afraid to call them! If you have a serious issue with your pet please post it to one of the veterinarians in here- I will tell you the same thing in my answer. IF your pet is injured or in an emergency situation, CALL YOUR VET- Do not wait and post in here. Just call the vet's office and get them in to see the vet right away. Critical treatment time is lost if you seek answers here when you should have your precious pet at the vets!! Don't sit at home waiting for an answer when your pet is critically ill or injured!! I can answer most questions about small animal and wildlife care as well as small animal nutrition. I can also answer questions about all phases of dental care for small animals. I DO NOT answer questions about birds (unless it is wildlife or songbirds) or HAMSTERS/GERBILS/CHINS/GUINEA PIGS/REPTILES/FROGS/RABBITS/PET BIRDS OF ANY KIND so please submit these questions to the appropriate sections. I, as well as other experts in here, do NOT do homework questions- that is for YOU to do! Please respect these rules for all of us. Thanks!
