Roscoe is a pound rescue, mostly American bulldog, mostly white, who has a major shedding problem... white dog hair everywhere.. does not seem to thin his coat just constantly shedding, any ideas

IF there is excessive shedding, then I would use an Omege3 fatty acid diet supplement to strengthen up the hair follicles.  Your vet will have a selection of these for dogs. In addition, If there is no underlying skin disease or severe itching, then I would use  a conditioner spray daily on him  to increase the surface oils.  That will hold the ahir in place better.
