QUESTION: my sister has this dog. the dog is a male jack Russell rat terror mix. she told me that she just noticed them she bought a new rug and she thinks its from that.i have a picture of these bumps.

Answer
Yes, the question makes sense right now but I still can't tell you what they are. You mentioned a new rug and it is very common for dogs to belly crawl on them and get bumps and rashes.

If it doesn't clear up once you remove the rug then you need to get him to a vet.
