Question
While on vacation my hamster and his cage fell when a dog pushed it off the table. He seems fine and are no scratches or anything maybe a little bald patch but that is it . He seems fine he is really hyper as usual so I think ur is fine is there anything I could give him  to help him? He keeps running on his wheel. Also  could giving colloidal silver to him help him? We watched a kitten somebody and it helped him a lot. Is it possible he might have internal bleeding? Thank you!

Answer
Colloidal silver is for infections, not trauma. It sounds like your hamster is fine. Since you have an interest in holistic approaches, go to a health food store and buy Rescue Remedy. It is a combination of 5 flower essences and is totally safe. It is good for any injuries or emotional upsets. It is good if you are nervous before tests or speeches. Put 4 drops in a one ounce dropper bottle and rub a few drops on your hamster's ear if he ever seems ill. Put a few drops in a glass of water for yourself, when needed.

Expertise

I can give you the holistic approach to any problem in any species, though mostly I work with dogs and cats. Depending on the condition and the type of animal, I will be able to give very specific treatment suggestions such as what flower essences, homeopathic remedies, nutritional supplements, diet changes, lifestyle changes or herbs that may be helpful - not drugs. I can also suggest where you can go for further education or to find a specialist in a specific holistic field. I can help you understand why your animal is ill and what improvements can be expected. I do not check messages more than every one to two days, so PLEASE DO NOT ask about EMERGENCIES - call your local veterinarian. I cannot diagnose your animal. I cannot prescribe specific treatments. I am no longer very current with conventional treatments, so cannot answer questions on those. I am not an expert on birds or small critters. I will give you helpful connections about hose species.
