Question
My puppy having red eyes,cough,nose discharge...what should be the home care for the puppy??

Answer
Those symptoms are not specific to any one disease.  You should have the puppy checked by a vet to see why these things are there.  Keep the nose clean with warm water on a cotton ball to prevent the puppy from blocking his sense of smell.  Keep the puppy eating and make sure he gets plenty of water until you can get to the vet.
