Question
How old should my German sheperd puppy be before his ear's stand?? He will be 4 moths March the 13th? And I've read that  needs to get thru the teething stage before his ears will stand?? Is this true?? I've read so many different answer's to this, even ask our vet?? But never get a pacific time period on the ears standing??

Answer
Pups can have their ears up for a while and then down for a while.  You can exercise the ear muscles by whistling or clapping to get the puppy to stand them up.  The more they work the ears, the easier it is for them to stand.  Whether teething has anything to do with ear carriage has never been scientifically determined.
