Question
My dog is of balance and our vet said that is was a ear infection but the medicine did not help. my dog is like someone who is drunk he is totally of balance and his head is tilt to the left if you know something about this please help.
Someone said the dog had a kind of (ceesure sorry don't know if you spell it like that) is there anything i can do about it

It sounds as if your dog has had a what we could call a stroke. The vets call it a central nervous system problem, not a stroke, but it is basically the same thing.
The only thing that can be done is to take her back to the vet and get her on some steroids, which may or may not work for him.

You need to get back to the vet and have them look again and reevaluate him.
