Question
I have a cat about a year old. In the past week or two she isn't as friendly as she used to be. One thing she does is she'll be sitting and all of a sudden she hisses and jumps up running away. She doesn't have flees that can see using flee comb. I can touch her pretty much everywhere although she doesn't like her belly touched or her back end she hisses so any thoughts. I've wondered if she is constipated and so I've tried giving her a little pumpkin with her food

Some cats can get nerve pain near their back right above the tail head. They will get really pissy when you touch it and hiss and bite.
Fleas do not make a cat do this unless she is covered with them and they are driving her nuts with being bit.
You should have your vet look at her as she could also have been in a fight and has a wound abscessing on her side or back or her tail- a common place for them.
That is the usual problem we see. So call your vet and have her looked over.
