Question
My Q is that since my old English has had puppies she has gotten a sore on her left side of her joules and under her chin she has pimples and a few going up to her joules they do have pus in them and as well the ones on her joules the sore is some what getting better but it still looks red could it be from stress of having the pups and liking them to clean them and she bits her joules just worried bout my little momma

Answer
I guess by joules you mean her jowls? I don't know what would be causing this but hygiene would be my guess, so you may want to start cleaning up the area and wipe her face down with some diluted rubbing alcohol mixed with water.

If she has some bacterial issues due to her wrinkles be careful that it doesn't spread to the puppies. You should get some scrub (Betadine) from your vets and scrub her chin and face then rinse it well at least twice a day.

These dogs are prone to having skin problems due to their wrinkles, so cleaning up after the puppies might be making it worse.

I am guessing at this being the problem, your sentence was one long run-on sentence so it was hard to read. Please try and use some punctuation next time.
Thanks! :)
