my dog has a bad rash with blister like fluid filled eruptions on her stomach and privates. frequent urination,bites and licks them. what could this be and what should i do?

Most likely, this is a Staph bacterial infection, which is common in puppies.  Sometimes an antibacterial soap will help but sometimes it takes an antibiotic tablet to get the infection under control.  Have your vet check the puppy to see what the problem is.
