SKIN
My pek has some kinda skin problem the vet has said it was a skin infection, gives him antibotics for a month it clears up then about 5 months it comes back I am trying to  treat it with a remendy can't afford the vet bill.It starts out like a little sore  then it turns dark brown and its all over him what do you think?

Answer
If this is a recurring skin infection, then there is some type of underlying skin problem causing this.  Usually it is allergy to either the environment or to the food the dog eats. It could be something the dog is contacting outside or even low thyroid hormones.  If this happens only every 5 months, then just treat it with antibiotics until it resolves.  If this becomes a chronic problem, I would use an antibiotic only on the weekends (pulse therapy).
