Question
Hi my dog has had a lump by his penis which has just recently occurred over the last couple of weeks we took him to the veterinary practice and they confirmed that this lump was a fatty lump but since visiting the veterinary practice the lump has tripled in size and has also allowed an old problem to reoccur which is where he doesn't pee but he thinks he is and now this is concerning me please can someone give me some advice on what to do and what it could be please.

Your question it is a bit hard for me to understand but if this tumor has grown then it needs to be removed.

No one but the vet seeing the dog can tell you what it is. Call your vet and have it looked at again, then schedule an appointment and have it removed.
