Answer
For a 3 month old puppy, I would limit his exposure to other dogs in a dog park because he is not immune to the common diseases that older dogs can carry.  As far as exercise, 15 minutes 3 times a day should be sufficient.  Throwing something and having him retrieve it would be the most fun for a Lab. His bones and muscles are just developing, so he will not have the stamina of an older dog.  As far as feeding, he should be fed 3 times daily.  There is a feeding guide on the bag of dog food that you are feeding.  Go by that as a guide to how much he should eat.
