Question
Hi, I have a kitten that is about 6 months. She was maybe about 2-3 months when my boyfriend found her outside near his apartments so i have taken care of her since..What i would like to know is What shots will she need...she havent had anything i know she needs to get something done to her so what is it that she needs to go to the Vet for?

Answer
Cats need distemper shots and the shots for upper respiratory diseases.  They also need a Rabies shot.  Some other vaccines can be given depending if the cat is in contact with other cats or not.  Things like FIV (cat AIDS), Feline Leukemia, and FIP (infectious peritonitis) can all be vaccinated for.  You should take the cat to the vet for shots as soon as possible, and they will want to do a Feline Leukemia test and check the kitty for worms.
