Question
I have a 10 year old Jack Russell. She has started to show signs of stiff joints. What do you recommend giving her for joints? Is there so sort of liquid medication? What is the normal life expectancy for her?

Answer
I recommend a drug called Previcox for the pain and I also recommend using dietary Omega3 fatty acids to help keep any inflammation minimized. If there is severe arthritis, then I recommend injections of Adequan.  Check with your vet about this.

Parson Russel Terriers (Formerly Jack Russell) can live 14-16 years.
