bella has a rash on her private parts and i would like to know what kind home remedies i can use on her? i also heard that you are not supposed to bathe a black lab but only like 3 times a year b/c you will ruin their coats. is that true?

Most dogs do not need to be bathed unless there is a skin problem.  In this case, I would wash the affected area daily with antibacterial soap and dry off.  Then you can apply an antibiotic ointment.  Ifthat doesn;t take it away, then your vet may need to prescribe antibiotics for this Staph infection.
