| Comment | Thank you so much for getting back to me so quickly. I know the cat does not and has not had fleas nor tapeworms. As I understand it, the steroid shot helps but only temporarily. I'm going to call my mom tonight and find out which kind of steroid is used, and reaffirm that the helpfulness of it is limited. I appreciate the additional idea of using the antihistamine, but realize that would involve literally taking the cat to the vet daily for the giving of the medication. There is no way my mother could do it. I may, after speaking with her, need to ask an additional question. Thanks again! Peggy | ||
