my 4 yr old cat (grace) and her 2 yr old kitten(vo-ho) have scabs all over from scratching and are losing fur and bleeding...also their losing weight the vet said alleries please tell me how to help them their my babies thank you

This is how cats show allergies.  It is called Miliary Dermatitis. Ask your vet to first check the cats for ear mites (Otodectic mange).  If that is not the problem, then ask to have them get a shot of DepoMedrol to see if that will take away the itching and scabs.  If it does, then this may need to be repeated every 4-6 weeks to control the allergic dermatitis.
