Can you tell me the best treatment for this condition.
have tried antibiotics and steroid injection from vet but does not seem to be helping....the smell is awful

Lipfold dermatitis can be caused primarily from 2 things.  tHe first is a fold of skin on the lip that catches food. This is a surgical correction.  The second is from allergies which are treated by steroid therapy and by applying an antibiotic called Bactoderm to the lips.
