My chihuahua is 7 months old and everytime we come home after being gone for even a short while she gets excited and urinates all over the house and even on us. What can I do to stop this behavior? Does she have a problem?

This is called "submissive urination" and it is common in puppies.  When you get home,the first thing you do is grab the dog and get it outside.  There is a drug called imipramine that helps this condition. Ask your vet about that drug and if it maybe appropriate for your puppy.
