i was wondering what to do for a stinky dog, she smells like wet dog all the time, even after getting a bath. i have used different smelly shampoo etc. just cant get rid of it. she is a german shepherd.

Doggy odor is the result of the bacteria and yeasts on the skin breaking down the oil being secreted fromthe skin.  An antiseborrheic shampoo and antibiotics and antifungals may be needed to decrease the smell. Talk to your vet about seborrheic skin disease.
