Question
can dogs it chocalete or is it bad for them

Answer
It is bad for them.  There is a dose dependent effect of theobromine in different kinds of chocolate.  For example a small dog that eats baker's chocolate will have a more difficult time that a Great Dane that eats the same amount.  Milk chocolate does not have too much theobromine to be that dangerous unless a small dog eats a lot of chocolate bars.
