Of course, if the dog is not yours and you have not seen the crime, by the time you're aware of it, i.e., the yellow patch,it's too late.

Expertise

Being a Licensed Veterinary Technician of 10 years, I can answer most to all of your veterinary questions. I do draw the line when I see people trying to get information and having a on-line diagnosis for their pet vs. getting the basic information needed to have a successful examination and consultation with their veterinarian.

Experience

I am a Licensed Veterinary Technician of 10 years currently practicing in Virginia and I am also licensed in the state of New York. I have worked with non-human primates, cats and dogs.
