i want to know if beniful is a great food for dogs also how do dogs get ear infections

Beneful is an all vegetable dioet, which is wholesome for most dogs.  

Dogs get ear infections from having some type of skin problem.  THe ear canal is skin and when the skin  on the body gets inflammed, the skin of the ear also does.  Then the bacteria and yeasts can adhere to the inflammed skin and start growing.  So the inflammation occurs first, then the infection follows as the damage progresses.
