We have three barn kittens approximately ten weeks old.  They have matted eyes, green runny noses, and a rattely sneeze.  Is there anything that I can do for them besides wipe them up and take them to the vet?  Thank you.

If they are eating, you may just need to give them an antibiotic until the virus runs its course.  If they are sick and not eating, they will get sicker and more dehydrated. Then the vet may need to treat them.  At their age, vaccinations might have helped prevent this.
