Question
my pekingese had puppies and she is bleeding still and lost alot of weight is that normal?
and how do I help her gain weight back?

Answer
Bleeding is abnormal and could indicate a condition called "subinvolution" of the placenta.  That requires spaying her to stop the bleeding.

Many dogs lose weight when they are nursing pups.  Make sure she is on a puppy food and that she is checked for intestinal worms.
