Hello,
My 3 month old min pin is beginning to loose hair.She is also forming bumps in many of the spots she is loosing hair.I have been using acv. but am not sure what this is.
Can you please help?

This is likely a pyoderma (bacterial infection).  These can be caused from several things including immune system problems and even mange.  You should have the vet look at the puppy and possibly do a skin scraping to look for mites.  The puppy may also need antibiotics.
