Ask the Veterinarian/puppy with white gums

Question
My granddaughter found a puppy, female, approx.l5 wks old.  Itis skin and bones and will not eat hardly anything, not even scrambled eggs.
Its gums are white and it just looks sickly

Answer
Get this puppy to the vet right away.  The puppy is anemic and may have fleas and hookworms that are sucking all of the blood out of the puppy.  At some point (irreversible anemia) the chances of the puppy recovering are slim. If the vet can get rid of the source of the anemia and maybe give the pup some blood, he may have a chance.
