Question
I have a outbreak of somthing in all my young outside barn cats. They are all getting oval leasions that puss and then crust over....I have alot of cats what can i do to treat them without bring ALL of the to the vet. Could you help me please...Thanx.

Answer
Without seeing the cats, it is hard for me to diagnose anything over the internet.  If they are all affected, then it may be wiser and cheaper to do a skin biopsy on a couple of them and let a pathologist diagnose this for you.  That way, treatment for all cats can be instituted and if there is a source or a fungus, toxin, or infection, it can be found and eliminated.
