Question
Hey! I'm really hoping to work with animals one day, and I really want to get some experience in a veterinary setting before I apply to college (my guidance counsellor says it helps) how can someone with no real experience get a job (volunteer one, at least) in a clinic or something? do you have any advice or pointers? really, anything would be helpful ^_^

Thank you so much!

Answer
You can call around to different vets in your area and ask them if you can volunteer one day in their office.  If you like it, ask if you can come in regularly on a volunteer basis.   The other thing I always recommend is that you volunteer in an animal shelter to see what that is like.
