ladies are preaching the church is it correct because Apostles Paul did not accept the thing why we are accepting that

yes it's a vexing question but you must see Paul's opinion in its cultural context and the context of the instruction. So are you one of those who follow Paul? What does Paul say about that?

It is important not to take one passage of Scripture and make a doctrine out of it. There is a different issue between leadership and preaching, as in everything submission is important. Let me ask you what you are going to do about a those ministers who may drink alcohol, or who may have been divorced at one time, what about those who are not Baptised in the Spirit?

If a woman has been appropriately trained and instructed in the Scriptures, why would God not impart a message through her. Some Churches make a woman a Pastor because she is married to a trained person, I think that is a far greater liberty than a trained woman preaching and remember women are prophets and were so even in Old Testament times, what is a prophet if not one who brings forth a message?
