Hello Brian, I am Phillip attending a AG church . I would like to seek your help to determine the answers to the ff:

1. What is the religion AG considers it's religion to be?
  if it is a non-denominational, multi- denominational,  inter-denominational or what religion does it embrace?
2. What does AG consider it's religious denomination?
3. What is AG's form of worship?
4. What is AG's form of ecclesiastical government?
5. What is AG's informal or informal code of doctrine and discipline utilized?
 Brian this questions had been requested you to answer to give me more understanding of the foregoing.

Hi Phillip

I suggest you spend time with your Pastor to answer these questions in detail.

The AoG is a Christian Church, it is pentecostal in emphasis and evangelical in outlook
The AoG is it's own denomination within the broad delineation of pentecostal. ie Catholic, Orthodox, Protestant, Pentecostal
The AoG form of eccleiastical government is congregational with oversight of peers
as to doctrine I refer you to the AoG website as the statement is too long for me to repeat here
