Assembly of God/The flood

Question
Hi Brian
I was just wondering...why had God killed all those people in the flood. I know it was because his creation had "gone wrong" and wanted to destroy the people, but that would be classed as murder, yet God made the commandment 'Thou shall not murder', so why would he break his own commandment and murder these people?

God Bless
Jane

Answer
Does the clay say to the potter who are you to make me into a pot?

As creator God had a responsibility not to allow evil to grow on he Earth and so he decided to destroy his creation and start again. Who can judge him for this. The people would not hear what Noah had to say, by rejecting Noah's message they rejected God , there was ample time for them to repent and God to change his mind.
