Assembly of God/social structure

Question
Could you pliz tell me the structure of the AoG church eg. like catholics have Popes followed by Archbishops and so on but what about the AoG social structure?

Answer
I am a member of the AOG in Australia. It is slightly different to the US AOG. I copied this below from an American experts answer for you.

The AoG is really an association of like minded Churches rather than a church with a hierarchical structure so there is really a lot of independence on the part of individual pastors. There is oversight as all pastors submit themselves to others but this is more a voluntary submission than it is one imposed from a rigid structure. An AoG Church may also have a cell structure where people meet during the week in homes or elsewhere for prayer, Bible study or just fellowship. This facilitates community outreach as well as providing a more intimate time of worship and ministry. Children are often ministered to in separate services structured to their age and needs running parallel to the worship service. Church size often imposes it's own structure, mega churches, as some AoG churches are, are structured very differently to smaller congregations. Logistics unfortunately sometimes determine the duration and timing of services and so a cell structure becomes more important.

Expertise

The Assemblies of God in Australia is one of my favorite denominations. It has some variations from churches with the same name in other countries, but most of these are subtle. I can answer questions about the history and operations of this denomination in many countries.

Experience

I have ministered in 23 countries, often in AoG churches. I was trained for cross cultural ministry by the World Harvest Institute, which is the Missionary Orientation Program of the Assemblies of God in Australia.

Education/Credentials
I hold a B.A in Psychology/Sociology, and am currently completing my Masters in Teaching. I am a Graduate of the World Harvest Institute Missionary Orientation Program and have obtained other qualifications in Youth Work, Workplace Assessment and Training, Mentoring Church Planters, and many more.
