Is water baptism a requirement for church membership and for leadership positions?

Answer
Not to my knowledge however if you are part of a church and subscribe to it's doctrinal position then it would be false to accept a leadership position without examining your own position. There is no shame in not having being baptised afterall all those who accept Christ are in this position, and therefore you should reach a point where you decide that, as the Lord said, we do this to fulfill all righteousness. follow the example of the Lord
