Question
Does the Assembly of God offer perks, retirement and medical benefits for their pastors?
Answering for my own country, the AoG assists pastors in vehicle leasing but as these arrangements are handled differently in this country such things as superannuation and medical funds may be dealt with within payment by fringe benefits at the Pastors discretion. Payment by fringe benefit is a tax effective method of payment for workers in churches and charities here.
AoG churches are automonous and therefore the AoG can offer guidelines and seek to negotiate on behalf of their churches but these things are left to the individual church
