Question
HI BRIAN ~ Got it right this time . . . lol

Hope we're still brothers in the Lord ?

Question Brian

In Proverbs 12:10 in the NKJ version it says:
" A righteous man regsrds the life of his animal... "

Just what does that mean concerning the animal ?

Thanks Brian
GOD BLESS YOU
Brother Ray M.

Answer
Hello Ray

I think you have taken the passage out of context
The righteous care for the needs of their animals,
but the kindest acts of the wicked are cruel.

What has been said here is about attitude of heart, a righteous person is kind and has regard for the needs of the animals which support their life. They understand the importance. however a wicked person, even if you think they are kind has no regard for you.
