Hi....
        My name is David. I'm 26yrs old. I'm from INDIA. I was totally in the worldly life so far, but now god made me realize all my sin's and i have repent all my sin's and confessed to him. Now, I have a urge to serve our eternal father. My grand father is doing his ministry and own a church(ministry of holy spirit-India) for the past 11yrs, but only 8 people comes to the church even now. I want to build that church and bring more people to god.  Before i get into the ministry i would like to learn more about god and get certified. I will not be able spend more money since i am economically weak and my mother or father will not help me so for this education.So please help me?? What is that i can do???

It is great that you have a desire to learn and be credentialed as a minister but you can learn much by reading the Bible and allowing the Holy Spirit to teach you. The Word says we are all able ministers of the new covenant and those words were written when there were no Bible colleges. Pray and look for the leading of the Holy Spirit as to who to talk to. Seek the Gifts of the Holy Spirit. Don't be concerned that the church is small, the Lord tells us not to despise the day of small beginnings.

There are many resources on the internet so if you have access you can find many studies as well as various Bible search tools. If you have questions on various subjects you may ask me and I will attempt to help. Try to make contact with a larger ministry, they might mentor you.
