Your question is obscure and without context however I expect you are referring to
The seventh angel sounded his trumpet, and there were loud voices in heaven, which said: "The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Christ, and he will reign for ever and ever." (Revelation 11:15)
and I will answer you accordingly.
Yehweh and Jesus are the rulers of the kingdom and because of the unique opportunity Jesus has provided we also, being kings and priests unto our God are permitted to sit on the throne with him
