Assembly of God/marriage and catholics

Question
Hi. I have recently married. My husband is Catholic and I am Christian. We were married under the Assemblies for God. Does this mean that we won't be able to have children under Catholic teaching as we would both like to bring our children up as Catholic. Does it make a difference that I am not Catholic and our marriage was not Catholic?

Answer
hi Gemma

I really can't tell you what Catholic attitudes might be to your marriage. Your children can probably be enrolled at a Catholic school without your marital status being questioned since it is the education of your children that is at question not your faith. If this is an issue you should consult your local Priest or school
