Question
can vows be broken? I have these thoughts that wont stop that keep repeating themselves, they make vows and oaths that I will go to hell or sin propetualy. I try to stop them. but they sneak up on me!!!!! WHAT can I do?

Sounds very much like you might be suffering a demonic oppression. You need to understand that thoughts are not sin, it is only when you give in and act upon them that they become sin. Some prayer ministry is in order, you should contact your local AoG Pastor.
I don't know your beliefs so it maybe that you need Christian instruction and need to make a committment to Jesus. Please understand that there is only one unforgiveable sin, Jesus has provided the way out for forgiveness of all other sins
