AnswerHello Evans
What you pose is a difficult question but firstly let me say if you are called you will know, it will be evident in the things you do. It is a biblical truth that the quality of a person is evident long before they are actually recognised.
Every Christian is called to ministry of some sort, not all are called to be Pastors, some are called to be helpers. I understand your reluctance to step out and I sense that you need a deeper relationship with God. From your words I do not read that you are filled with the fire to win souls, but you may be a teacher and I ask you to seek the Baptism of the Holy Spirit. Scripture speaks about being filled with the Spirit and with fire. Study your Bible, seek God in prayer and stop to listen and know always that we go in his power and not our own.
As to Bible school, that can expand your knowledge but will present you with challenges of a different kind. Rely on the Spirit to lead you, to instruct you.
