Hi,
Our church has just gone through the Pastor trying to make it "user friendly" and because of weird circumstances, he has been asked to retire.  We are now deciding that our church is not healthy and we want to rebuild.

Does your church have a bible study for new believers to go through before becoming members?  If so, can I get a copy.  We want to get our members all on the same page.

Greetings! This is Elder Greg Madden from All Experts.  Earlier this year you asked a question of me in the Assembly of God category. I was saddened to read of the struggles your church is facing. The devil is trying his best to hinder the work of God in these last days.

Yes, we do have a new member’s class and I do have a copy of our new member’s orientation material. As a matter of fact I am the new member’s coordinator. In our church, for anyone who is seeking membership they are required to attend three classes. In these classes the candidate is informed about member requirements, our churches history, church government, church authority, our articles of faith, and getting set into the church.

I would be more than happy to send you an attachment of this material. However, I am unable to do that through this site. The best way for me to send it to you is for you to reply back to this (send a follow-up question) with an e-mail address that I can send it to. If you decide to do this, I will of course keep your info private. You will also need to check the "private" box in the follow-up question or it will post your info for public view. I am not able to do this, only the questioners.

Also, is your church AG? If so, why ask me for the info? If not, then could you explain what you mean by "user friendly"? Just curious.

Experience

I gave my heart to the Lord a few months after being married during a revival meeting. A few weeks later I received the baptism of the Holy Ghost, and I have not been the same since! In those twenty five years we have only attended one church (Harvest Church), and there I have served there as an Elder for fourteen years. We minister in song with the choir and worship team. I am also the new member’s class coordinator, men's ministry director, and the Harvest Riders motorcycle ministry president. In 1993 the Lord called me to "...preach the Gospel where ever I open the door..." I have had the privilege of ministering God's Word to churches in Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana and Arkansas. In those meetings we have seen the Lord save, heal, deliver, and fill people will His Spirit.

Organizations
I am ordained through Harvest Church, and with the World Harvest Ministerial Fellowship. I also am a licensed minister with the State of Oklahoma.

Education/Credentials
I am currantly enrolled with the Ames Bible College.
