Generally yes, God provides the opportunity for repentance. however there are Scriptures that suggest it is possible to fall away, this would be the result of a deliberate turning away.
I suggest you study such subjects as
"the sin that so easily besets us"
" if the elect should fall away"
" if the elect should be decieved"
